Your Key Responsibilities
Non conformances management expert: Lead raw materials Non conformances and Audits Non conformances and follow up on any related actions/projects in coordination with appropriate site partners / Support on customer and internal non conformances and lead the verification and validation of action plans. Continuous improvement enhancer:
Analyze Quality data and be a solution partner to improve Quality and reinforce end-to-end Quality/ Product protection - Culture and Performance.
Lead Projects linked with Quality / Product Protection and support Operations Projects
Develop and deliver Quality/Product protection trainings with the support of our Operations training department.
Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System expert:
Maintain the Local Quality Management System supporting end to end robustness of our processes and successful ISO 9001 and Maintain the Local Food Safety Management system leading the HACCP program and all the prerequisite programs and additional FSSC requirements.
Be part of the site Audit program: Internal, Clients and Suppliers audits. Lead projects to reinforce and enhance Quality and Food Safety culture on the shop floor. Build relationships with internal and external customers to understand their requirements and answer their requests in a timely fashion.

You bring
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Microbiology/Food science or related scientific field. 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance and/or food safety Extensive background in food industry highly preferred 5+ years leadership skills preferred.
