We are looking for a Junior Developer to join our team in San Francisco. This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience and grow within the company to potentially lead a department or even ascend to executive leadership.
- *Job Description:**As a Junior Developer, you will:- Collaborate with third-party developers to monitor and advance project goals.- Manage and enhance smaller projects for our diverse brands.- Support major projects in any necessary capacity, including backend development.- Serve as a pivotal communication bridge between the CEO, Product Architect, and the development team.- Engage in learning and development related to a proprietary hardware product essential to our operations.
- *Requirements:**- Knowledge or experience in Node.js, Java, or Google App Script is preferred.- Ability to learn new technologies quickly, with a particular emphasis on various backend systems.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills.
- *Additional Information:**- Our office hours are flexible; however, adherence to scheduled times is required. Some on-site presence in our shared office space is necessary.- This position is not eligible for remote work due to the hands-on nature of the hardware involved.- No prior travel requirements; any future travel will include a per diem.
