What We Offer:Uncapped Earnings: Base salary of $20 per hour, and bilingual Spanish/English-speaking agents earn $21 per hour. Most of our first-year agents earn between $55,000 and $65,000 while agents in their second year and beyond earn $85,000 to $125,000+.Bonus Boosters: Enjoy extra dough in your pocket with daily, monthly, and quarterly performance incentives on top of your base pay.Remote Work: Train and work virtually from the convenience of your home. (Monday through Friday, 9:45 am – 6:00 in the time zone in which you reside.) Requirements

Qualifications:Life & Health insurance license in your state of residence.Previous experience selling Medicare products required.High School Diploma or GED.Internet capability of 10 Mbps Upload and 100 Mbps Download.Proficiency in computer and internet skills, multiple monitors, and video conferencing tools like Zoom or Teams.Resilient, quality-minded, and a determined spirit.Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.Motivated and sales-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable presenting various health plan products from multiple carriers to consumers.Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Physical Requirements:Our company headquarters is in Clearwater, Florida.Ability to lift or move office products and supplies, up to 10 pounds.
