They combine technical expertise with creative problem-solving to deliver safe and efficient structural solutions.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (Structural, Civil or Mechanical)Current EIT or ability to obtain within 9 monthsMinimum three years’ experience in the building products industryMust be self-motivated, creative, and willing to learn and adaptAbility to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and the integration of the façade to the structureSelection Criteria:Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency utilizing computer resources to maximize effectiveness and efficiencyAbility to work effectively in a team environmentDemonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple time sensitive tasks and projectsExemplify a “Can Do Attitude” Preferences:Licensed PE
