Bilingual Spanish-English Admissions Counselor to join our team at the Chicago South Loop campus. Responsibilities- Inform, advise, and counsel prospective students and their families about East-West University's programs and services - Conduct campus tours and admissions interviews to engage prospective students and align academic programs with their interests- Maintain regular communication with applicants via telephone, in person, and email to guide them through the admission process- Represent the university professionally at recruitment events- Collaborate with school administrators and faculty to coordinate on-campus recruitment events- Assist the Director with special projects and community outreach initiatives- Conduct off-campus visits to high schools and community programs to promote the university- Organize and host events for prospective students and their families

Qualifications- Bilingual in English and Spanish required-Bachelor's degree required- 2-3 years of experience in higher education, sales, or student management preferred- Demonstrated success in meeting sales and performance targets consistently- Excellent recruitment, relationship building, and sales skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google office suite- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed- Valid Illinois driver’s license and ability to travel within Chicago and Illinois
