Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Program Director - Behavioral Health role at Easterseals Louisiana. The Program Director will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of behavioral health programs. They will develop and implement program policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, manage program budgets, and supervise program staff. This is a hybrid role, based in Baton Rouge, LA, with the flexibility for some remote work.

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.A Master’s degree in a human services-related field is required.Licensure in a human services discipline (e.g. LPC, LCSW, LAC, etc.) is preferred, though not mandatory.Must have a minimum of two (2) years of Supervisory experience in behavioral health. Programmatic experience with HUD-funded services for people experiencing homelessness is required.Experience with writing HUD grants, and working within the federal grant-writing platform called e-Snaps, preferred though optional.
