Responsibilities

Provide expert counsel to clients on a broad spectrum of energy-related litigation matters, encompassing disputes concerning oil and gas contracts, regulatory compliance, environmental concerns, and energy infrastructure projects.Conduct comprehensive legal research, prepare documentation, and collaborate closely with diverse teamsβ€”comprising attorneys, paralegals, and support staffβ€”to craft innovative and impactful legal strategies for energy litigation cases.Advocate zealously for clients in various forums, including administrative proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations, pertaining to energy litigation issues.Remain abreast of developments in energy laws and regulations, proactively advising clients on compliance measures.

Requirements

Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Possess admission to the Texas State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.Accumulate 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in energy litigation.

Compensation

Anticipated annual base salary ranges between $225,000 and $265,000, contingent upon experience and other pertinent factors.Bonus-eligible position, offering a comprehensive benefits package inclusive of medical, dental, and vision insurance, alongside a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
