📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $16.87 - $22.00 / hour . Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
The Adult Day Program Assistant encourages socialization and assists in planning and implementation of programming needs of individual participants and groups and assist with personal care duties. Responsible for ongoing charting and case management.

Responsibilities/Job Description
Provide direct care for the Adult Day Program participants Assist the Director of Adult Day with participants’ individual case management Maintain a clean and safe environment for participates Assist in developing monthly calendar Preparation, implementation and clean-up of daily programs (i.e. crafts, woodworking, games, music)
Qualifications
Required
0-1 year of experience High school diploma/GED
Preferred
Vocational/Technical training or Associate Degree One to Three years of experience
