📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $20.90 - $26 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience. Additional pay for evening and overnight shifts!
We are looking for a Resident Assistant whom would be responsible for providing personal cares and designated health related services to enhance and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being at our St Louis Park, MN Assisted Living and Memory Care building. This position will also be trained to pass medications. NO CNA/MN NAR required, unless under 18 years old.
This casual on-call caregiver position includes;
0 hours per pay period Shift differentials: $1/hr for evenings, $2/hr for nights One weekend per month

Responsibilities/Job Description
Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts. Under direction of Nurse provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse. Performs specified home services as needed such as; laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities. Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff Assists with on-boarding of new staff

Communicate effectively, with empathy and compassion for residents and coworkers Work in a team setting and support others Work with a diverse and elderly population If under 18 must be on the MN NA registry
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills
High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA Work experience in a customer service setting
