📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $ 21 - $27 / hour . Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
The Pillars of Mankato is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares and be trained to pass medications, to improve and/or maintain the senior age Assisted living/Memoy Care residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our beautiful senior living location in Mankato, MN. No CNA NAR required, unless under 18 years old.
This caregiver schedule includes;
40 hours every two weeks, part-time Day Shift Every other weekend Saturday/Sunday and holiday rotation Partial Benefits package: https://www.ebenezercares.org/employee-benefits

The Pillars of Mankato provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments for seniors in a specially designed community. We incorporate the seven components of wellness (emotional, physical, intellectual, spiritual, social, environmental, and occupational) into our 118 units that make up The Pillars. Located near the crossroads of US 14 and 169, our community has its bus that residents can ride for our outings.
Responsibilities/Job Description
Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts. Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse. May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities. Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff Assists with onboarding of new staff
Qualifications
Required Skills
Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting. Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population CNA certificated if under 18
Other Required Skills
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills
High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
