📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
ECCA Payroll+ is looking for a Part-Time Payroll Distribution Specialist. This position is responsible for the daily printing, packaging and shipping of client payrolls, as well as researching shipping issues when needed.

Hours: Monday & Tuesday 8:30am - 5:15pmWednesday 8:30am - 12:30pm Responsibilities include:Coordinate printing and shipping of client documents.Package payroll checks and reports according to appropriate shipping method.Sort payroll packages according to delivery service and place packages in proper bins for driver pickup and subsequent delivery.Verify and maintain records on incoming/outgoing shipments.Coordinate processing for quarter end and year end reports, W2s and returns.
Required SkillsMust be able to quickly sort/organize large quantities of material with high degree of accuracy.Must be self-motivated and independent.Good communication and verbal skills needed.Possess high degree of integrity and confidentiality.Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Ability to successfully pass a criminal and/or credit background investigation.
Required ExperienceHigh school or GED equivalent.Minimum two (2) years administrative or related experience is required.
