Lead the founders in building an innovative trust and estate planning companyFormulate strategic estate and trust plans for UHNW clients and work with founders to help foster and close new business relationships. Establish departmental goals, policies, and proceduresBuild strong relationships, while serving as a trusted advisor to UHNW individuals, families, and organizationsRecruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of professionalism, trust, and client-centric serviceRequires 10+ years experience in strategic trust planning and administrative servicesExtensive background in HNW trust, compliance, and risk managementJD +Experience interpreting complex legal documentsCompetitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and equityExciting opportunity to join a well-backed startup from the ground up
