ECI Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join our Global Tax Team. This position will support all tax matters of the Company, including domestic income tax, international income tax, and indirect tax matters.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with U.S. federal, state and international income tax compliance, including data collection, and workpaper preparation. Assist with the preparation of year-end tax provision workpapers for US and foreign entities. Support sales tax and other indirect tax compliance matters including property tax return preparation. Coordinate with outside registered agent on annual reporting filings. Assist with responses to notices from tax authorities. Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Required Skills, Abilities, Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, taxation, or related field. Two or more years of experience in a taxation role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Prior working experience with an ERP system is a plus. Ability to work effectively with others and autonomously, stay organized, and continuously improve.
