Join the Eclaro Team! Eclaro is looking for a Supply Chain Assistant for our client in Attapulgus, GA. This is a contract position located at our client's site.

Position Overview
The consultant will provide administrative and clerical support as directed to meet site objectives. May also be assigned additional duties as directed, including, but not limited to cycle counting, warehouse forklift driver as needed, and coordination with operations department. Will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Planners to ensure documentation and materials are up to date and ready as needed for production.
Responsibilities
Provides daily administrative support / functions, including but not limited to various reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP. Inventory reviews and issuing cycle counts. Packaging reviews for artwork, labeling requirements, requisition templates & master data updates. Multi-tasks and responds to evolving priorities relating to supply chain and logistics. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Follows site safety rules and promotes their observance in performance of job duties. Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Strong time management and organizational skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Preferred Experience
Proficiency in SAP platforms (procurement and logistics functions) and Lotus Notes. Strong data analysis. Shipping & receiving experience. Experience working in a 5S and safety-conscious environment.
