The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have

Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred). Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations. Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends). May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Part time positions only: The salary (range) for this position is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience. In addition to your salary, Eddie Bauer, and its affiliated brands, offers a benefits package, including 401(k) plan with company match after 500 hours if age 21 or older, overtime pay, flexible work schedule, paid sick leave, and a generous employee discount program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
