Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Service Technician at EDGE Business Systems. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and installations of office multifunction copiers and printers, production equipment, wide format printers, scanners, digital displays and interactive boards, and mailing and shipping solutions. The role will be primarily located in Dalton, GA, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications Experience in maintenance, repairs, and installations of office equipmentKnowledge of multifunction copiers and printers, production equipment, scanners, digital displays and interactive boards, and mailing and shipping solutionsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExcellent communication and customer service skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to lift and carry heavy equipmentExperience in the document technology industry is a plusTechnical certifications or training related to office equipment maintenance is a plus
