Within our Finance organization, we are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to work closely with executive and senior leaders across the business.

The preferred candidate will demonstrate proactive initiative, actively challenging existing processes to foster improvement. They will exhibit meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and possess a self-motivated and proactive work ethic. As a Senior Finance Analyst, they will assume responsibility for a diverse range of tasks within the FP&A team, encompassing budget development and oversight, ensuring accessibility and availability of financial data, and facilitating all monthly and quarterly management reporting duties.

What you will do

Collaborate closely with Senior Management to develop comprehensive budgets and financial forecastsTake ownership of critical financial analysis tasks, ensuring accuracy and timelinessEffectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholdersIdentify trends and variances in financial performance, providing actionable insights for decision makingConduct analysis of monthly financial, KPIs and explanations of key variances and preparation of financial performance reports and explain the business drivers and impactsSupport the preparation of the monthly reporting deck to highlight financial trends and summarize business plans in a timely mannerFoster cross-functional collaboration to align financial goals with overall business objectives.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.Proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

What you will bring

5-8 years of experience in financial or data analysis.Bachelor’s degree in Business or FinanceComfort with leveraging technology to enhance processes; experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights preferred.Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement in a fast-paced environment.Comfort with ambiguity, ability to work independently, and adaptability to changing business needs.Proven track record of collaboration across departments and organizational levels.Strong analytical skills, including financial and business modeling, with meticulous attention to detail.Must have excellent communication skills (written, verbal) and be comfortable in presenting and discussing issues related to spend at all levels of the organization

Note: The expected base pay range for this position is $89,834 - $120,000 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience.
