ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and emergency call servicing.Troubleshooting and diagnostic at client sitesReplace and install components and test them as and when neededProduce reports and records on servicingMinor BMS expansions when requiredProvide on-site customer training
RequirementsAt least 2 years experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) required.Knowledge of Schneider Electric, Distech or Tridium preferred.Vehicle and clean license required.
Work LocationWork at client sites across the New York Metropolitan area
