📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
ESC’s premier client is seeking a Junior Logistics Analyst to join their Deployment Support Services Logistics team. You will support the global Robotics Deployment Engineering team in delivering high-quality installations of products and systems worldwide. You will review and report-out material deliveries and inventory projections for deployment projects in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.If you're a self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and control Standard Operating Procedures for key Tech Deploy logistics operations.Support day-to-day operations of Robotics Deployment teams.Manage material issues within the network and ensure closure.Review and report material deliveries and inventory projections for deployment projects globally.Track 3rd party performance regarding materials management and ensure adherence to service level agreements.Confirm projects for readiness and track critical material dashboards.Coordinate with Problem Service Report support groups for necessary actions.Guide deployment teams with material returns and disposition requests.Handle ad-hoc shipment requests and ensure continuity with carriers and internal transportation team.Generate and ensure timely payment of freight and PPE supplier purchase orders.
Requirements:Familiarity with ERP systems such as Agile, Oracle, Coupa, or SAP.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline.Strong mathematical, logical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel.Background in analysis or focus on higher education.Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management.Experience partnering with cross-functional business and technical teams.Ability to execute both tactically and strategically with attention to detail.
