Position Description
The marketing intern will support the special projects team with organic TikTok creator outreach and content creation, with the objective of increasing product awareness, driving sales, and generating consistent and current internal and UGC on the channel. Following a weekly pitching calendar, the intern will research creators that meet specific criteria, message them for interest, and coordinate and track sample shipments and posts. The intern will also work with the internal creative team to film TikTok-specific product content. The intern will communicate daily with the special projects team manager and report results weekly.

Think creatively to generate a constant stream of new creator targetsAdapt pre-written pitches to fit specific creatorsConduct ongoing, professional-but-casual conversations with creatorsCarefully track outreach efforts, sample shipments and deliveries, and posts in team spreadsheetIdeate and present concepts for product-specific TikToksFilm and prepare TikToks including music, text overlays, stickers, and other elementsOther duties for this role will be assigned as necessary/appropriate.
