Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Southampton, NY. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, budgeting, and hiring. They will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, managing the P&L, and creating a positive dining experience for guests.
