📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are a small but mighty Architecture and Interior Design firm in Dallas, TX. We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to help lead our Industrial Interiors projects.
Senior Project ManagerRequires a bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design and 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Manages larger and more complicated projects. Interfaces with client directly. Oversees the design and production effort for entire project. Responsible for meeting time budgets and project profitability. Responsible for meeting project deadlines and client’s design objectives. Leads the design team, including other project managers, designers, and CAD Techs. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Architecture or Interior Design licensure is preferred.
