Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Principal at El Dorado High School. The Assistant Principal will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with supporting the Principal, managing disciplinary issues, implementing educational programs, conducting teacher evaluations, and ensuring a safe learning environment. The Assistant Principal will also assist in curriculum development, student assessment, and parent communications.
Qualifications A master’s degree in school administration.Minimum of three (3) years of acceptable teacher experience.Ability to work with people; knowledge of good instruction program; must possess good communication skills; consistent in relationship with teachers and students.
