Job Description

Scope: The Financial Analyst III supports the preparation and presentation of financial results of projects to the business leadership to ensure attainment of financial & operational objectives. Monitors financial and schedule performance of the company and gives feedback to the company regarding opportunities to improve effectiveness.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Review financial reports.Monitor accounts.Prepare activity reports and financial forecasts and budgets.Improve profitability and analyze markets for business opportunities, such as expansion, mergers or acquisitions.Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments.Prepare reports as required by law, regulations or company policies.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures.Other duties as decided by supervisor.

Qualifications

Education (Highest Level Required/Preferred):

Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.Preferred major fields: Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics.

Experience Required

5-10+ years of business finance or other relevant experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required

Excellent communications (oral and written)Proficient command of EnglishMBAs are preferredStrong quantitative and analytical competencySelf-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skillsAdvanced knowledge of ExcelAbility to streamline functions and passion to learn and growAbility to work independentlyExcellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level managementStrong financial modeling experience
