Summary

Warehouse Associates provide support by receiving, stocking, packaging, picking and shipping warehouse products while working safely and following standard operating procedures.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Operate Power Industrial TrucksUnload inbound trailers in a safe and timely mannerStock inventory in accordance with standard workPrioritize work by demandPackage parts and ensure work orders are complete and meet standardsOperate other equipment such as computers, tape guns, automatic tape machines, poly baggers, and foam machines to fulfill daily demands.Pick parts to fill customer orders.Inspect parts for damage.Understand the operating system used in each departmentKeep assigned work area clean.Troubleshoot for inventory errorsMaintain productivity goalsExecute daily 5S activities to ensure a clean and safe work environmentAssist others to complete assigned work on time.The teammate will also perform other duties, as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience or training. Job requires basic reading, writing and math skills.Must be a team player, flexible, and motivatedMust have the initiative and discipline to work with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications

6 months experience in a similar positionExperience with the workflow for the department.Experience operating PIT Order Selecting equipment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Able to lift up to 35 lbs.Able to stand for long periods of timeAble to bend at the waistAble to reach above shoulder level
