📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are currently looking to hire a Senior Developer within the Regulatory & Risk team. This position is responsible for leading a team to deliver data integration projects across a wide variety of systems in support of business functions and processes to improve advisor experience.

Essential Functions High Proficiency in developing Oracle PL/SQL packages.Strong understanding of PL/SQL scriptsAdhere to industry standards and methodologies for software development.Collaborate with analysts, modelers and other developers in building, updating large application batch processesMaintain technical documentation that facilitate understanding, maintaining, reusing and refactoring of codeRequired Skills:Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in IT related software development or support5+ years’ experience in design and development of PL/SQL packagesStrong understanding of PL/SQL scriptsAdditional Skills:Knowledge of industry Compliance tools. Such as Oracle mantas or Nice ActimizeStrong SQL knowledge, creating SQL scripts with relational database (ex. Oracle, SQL Server)Experience in supporting and monitoring application batch processesExperience with creating batch jobs using Job scheduling toolExperience with DevOps toolchain that enables CI/CD pipeline (e.g. Octopus)Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., root cause analysis) to debug or improve existing systemsExperience with Agile software development methodologiesFinancial services industry experience is a plusExperience with design and development of services with high performance and scalability
