Description

The MLR Coordinator will assist with Marketing Operations needs surrounding Elevar’s post-launch MLR activities. This individual will be the liaison between Elevar, advertising agencies, other vendors, and the review committee for brand planning, prioritization, material development, review, and execution. The MLR Coordinator will prioritize, execute, and disseminate marketing material and facilitate the review process while organizing and managing the brands core claims document. This role reports to the Head of Commercial Operations. This is a remote-based position located in the United States.

Responsibilities

Document Elevar’s MLR processesManage day-to-day marketing operations process support through the review system (Veeva PromoMats) and the committee, adhering to the established processes and policies to ensure compliance and timely review and approval of materials for useBusiness partnership liaison between Elevar, advertising agencies, other vendors, and the review committee for brand planning, prioritization, material development, review, and executionPrioritize, execute, and disseminate marketing material and facilitate the review processOrganize and manage Elevar’s core claims documentPrioritize, create, and distribute agendas for meetings, as well as setting up live meetingsProvide business process recommendations on how to optimize the promotional review process with the goal of increasing efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years or Master’s degree with 3 year’s experience3+ years of access experience in similar roleStrong project management skills; strong oral and strong written communication skillsUnderstanding and experience with Medical, Legal, Regulatory Review ProcessVeeva knowledge/experience requiredComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office productsResponsibilities may require a work schedule that includes working outside of “normal” work hours, in order to meet business demands and approximately 20-30% travel is requiredAbility to demonstrate Elevar’s core values by holding ourselves and each other accountable for the work we do, taking time to collaborate effectively while working remotely, making space for ingenuity in work and thought, and staying grounded in compassion

The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000. Final compensation depends on multiple factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skillset, depth and breadth of knowledge, internal equity, and external market factors.
