Job Description
As an RN Nurse Supervisor, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of nursing care. Your role will involve supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient care.

Qualifications
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferredProven experience in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong clinical and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and motivate a teamCurrent CPR and ACLS certifications
