Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an RN or LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Assess patient health and develop individualized care plansAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor and record patient vital signs and medical informationCollaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient careEducate patients and their families on healthcare plans and self-careEnsure the accuracy and completeness of patient recordsRespond to medical emergencies and provide timely and effective interventionsMaintain a safe and clean patient care environmentQualifications:Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)CPR and ACLS certificationsStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentCompassionate and patient-centered approach
