Microsoft Consulting Part-time Project Manager--REMOTE!

This is a PART-TIME position to start--20 hours per weekNO third party Vendors for C2C available!!

TOP SKILLS:Proven experience managing projects related to Microsoft technology solutions.Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Planning and Initiation:Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.Conduct project kickoff meetings and ensure alignment on project goals.Resource Management:Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.Identify and mitigate resource constraints to maintain project timelines.Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and proactively develop risk mitigation strategies.Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.Provide regular project updates and ensure client satisfaction.Address client concerns promptly and professionally.Quality Assurance:Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Conduct thorough testing and validation processes to guarantee the integrity of Microsoft technology solutions.Communication:Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.Provide clear and concise status reports, highlighting project progress, issues, and resolutions.Conduct regular project meetings to keep team members aligned and informed.Budget Management:Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial goals are met.Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project financial performance.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or similar years of experience in related fieldProven experience managing projects related to Microsoft technology solutions.Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
