Litigation Associate Attorney

Elevate Law Group, a well-established regional law firm in Lake Oswego is seeking an associate attorney for our litigation team. The firm seeks a talented litigation associate attorney to manage all aspects of complex business litigation including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, handling hearings, and depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Experience in the areas of business litigation, debtor-creditor, bankruptcy, and/or real estate are all a plus. The ideal candidate will have: • J.D. Degree from an ABA-accredited law school;• 4-10 years of experience in litigation in Oregon;• Excellent skills in legal research, analysis and writing;• Strong academic credentials and professional references;• Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work in a collaborative setting but with significant independence;• Committed to business development, practice development and is energetic about client service.• A track record of exemplary client service, organizational skills, and desire to learn and grow.• Oregon State Bar admission; Washington and/or other licenses a plus• This role can be partially remote, but we value in-person collaboration.
