Shushanyan Law Firm, located in Sherman Oaks, CA is currently seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic Personal Injury Department. The successful applicant will possess a deep understanding of personal injury law and demonstrate a commitment to excellence and collaborative work.
Qualifications:Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and CasePeer.Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a high-velocity professional setting.Dependability with a record of punctual attendance.Superior written and verbal communication skills.A minimum of two years' experience in handling a diverse range of pre-litigation personal injury cases, including but not limited to automobile accidents, animal bites, slips and falls, premise liability, pedestrian accidents, and government claims.
Responsibilities:Establish and maintain communication with insurance adjusters and healthcare providers.Draft and dispatch letters of representation and handle insurance claim initiation.Confirm insurance coverage details and request police reports as necessary.Complete and submit required DMV documentation.Engage in negotiations for property damage and bodily injury claims.Coordinate clients' medical care as needed.Efficient case management with a focus on responsive client service.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a bilingual English/Spanish environment, particularly in personal injury cases.Familiarity with legal software systems such as Filevine, Abacus Law, Clio, or CasePeer is highly advantageous.
