NO C2C DevOps Engineer - Kubernetes / Terraform / IaC / AWS

Job Description**Hybrid in Greenwood Village, CO**Our Fortune 500 Media Client is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for a long term contract opportunity. The Senior DevOps Engineer will help automate existing manual tasks and deployments as well as assisting the software project teams for application deployment on a Kubernetes cluster. The engineer will design, develop, and manage automation solutions for critical DevOps tasks across enterprise. The candidate will build scripts and configuration management tools to automate deployments, and reporting and infrastructure work. This position is focused heavily on specific application deployments to a data center and Kubernetes. The role will include working with other DevOps engineers in areas other than data center and Kubernetes to be able to automate and document deployments successfully. The DevOps Engineer must have a solid understanding of data center deployments, and some background in deploying and engineering applications on Kubernetes. Linux knowledge is required, Ansible, and Terraform are all beneficial.We can facilitate corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Rate: $60 - $65/hrRequirements Of The DevOps Engineer5+ years of DevOps experienceMust have expert-level experience working with KubernetesExperience with Terraform Scripts and building out Infrastructure As Code (IaC)Must have strong AWS experience (AWS EKS is a big plus)Experience working with Helm ChartsExperience with Java, Python and or Go/Golang is strongly preferredComing up the ranks as a back-end developer (Java, Python or Go), then moved into DevOps is a big plusExperience working with Rancher is preferred (version 2.0 or higher is preferred)Github experienceExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsSkills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate.
