📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Sr Micro Frontend DeveloperDue to client contract requirements, this role is open to candidates that DON'T require sponsorship only.This position is hybrid to Cleveland, OH 2-3 days a week.
Compensation: $65 - $70 an hour
Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to develop micro frontend solutions that meet business requirements.Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain micro frontend components using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React framework.Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces that provide an optimal user experience across various devices and browsers.Optimize front-end performance and ensure fast page load times by employing best practices such as code splitting, lazy loading, and caching.Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and application functionality.Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code while adhering to established coding standards and practices.Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web development, particularly in the realm of micro frontend architectures, and propose innovative solutions to improve our development processes and product offerings.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end web development with a focus on building scalable and maintainable micro frontend architectures.Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).Strong understanding of microservices architecture and experience in designing and implementing micro frontend solutions.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts.Solid understanding of browser rendering behavior, performance optimization techniques, and cross-browser compatibility issues.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
