Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and enhance our applications into user-friendly products for our clients. The successful candidate will collaborate with product owners and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements, and then translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Responsibilities will include creating design concepts, developing UI mockups and prototypes, and troubleshooting UX problems to ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers.Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.Build page navigation buttons and search fields to optimize user interaction.Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionality and appearance.Create original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables, to enhance user experience.Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders for feedback and approval.Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, such as responsiveness issues, and propose solutions.Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing results.Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images to maintain brand consistency and visual appeal.Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design concepts and projects.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
