What You Will Do
Develop and execute innovative retention strategies to increase subscription renewals and reduce churn. Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. Analyze customer data to identify trends, segments, and opportunities for targeted marketing efforts. Collaborate with the product and customer service teams to identify and leverage opportunities for improving the customer experience and product offerings. Design and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve the effectiveness of email campaigns and retention initiatives. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to subscription retention and email marketing, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in subscription management and email marketing to ensure Ellevet Sciences remains competitive.
What We Are Seeking
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Three or more years of experience in a retention marketing role, with a proven track record of improving subscription retention and customer loyalty. Expertise in email marketing (Klaviyo experience a huge plus), including segmentation, personalization, and optimization strategies. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the pet health industry or a strong interest in pet well-being is a plus.
