Embark Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Mental Health Therapist to help us drive adolescent anxiety, depression, and suicide rates to all-time lows at our Residential Program in Marion, MT. Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic services for a small caseload of up to 6 clients. Provide weekly individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Provide routine assessments as well as create and adjust a master treatment plan for each client. Document notes for each therapy session in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate and collaborate with referral sources, a clinical team, and with other departments to deliver high-quality services. Develop transition plans for clients and families that ensure quality continuity of care.
Qualifications
Must be 21+ years of age or older. Must have a current State of Montana Driver’s License or ability to obtain. Already licensed in the State of Montana or have the ability to obtain licensure. Preferred – Two years experience working with adolescents and families in a therapeutic setting. A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, group, and experiential therapies. A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
