Team EMBREY is seeking a PORTER to support our Property Management team.

As a PORTER, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.Clean and remove all trash, obstacles, and debris from the community.Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.

Qualifications

One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar positionKnowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenanceHigh school diploma or equivalent, preferredValid Driver’s License

Required Testing

Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

Position type: hourly, full-time with competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k); Position location: New Braunfels, TX; Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor.
