📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and on-site training for team members. Regularly evaluate skills and create development plans for each technician. Perform field tech evaluations once a year for journeymen and twice a year for tradesmen andAssist and training the technicians in their communications with theMonitor call activity and respond to all customers with excessive callPerform minimum 4 “quality checks” per month on contractEnsure completion of PM’s within the scheduled month and allottedEnsure adequate manpower to accomplish work within the team area. Keep the field superintendent/service manager advised of needs and performance ofStrive to turn around service quotes in 24Attend monthly safety team meetings to keep service technicians informed on policy and procedures, performance and goals of theEnsure compliance of all team members to safety policies andEnsure all quotes provided to customers are followed upAssist in recruiting, hiring and enforcing allResponsible for orientation of all new teamManage communication between field personnel and the field superintendent, service manager andRespond and/or assist in all customer requests for new service agreements and changes to existingAssist in tracking shop tools and return of shop tools in a timelyGenerate labor-based sales of at least 500K per year
