What You'll Do:As an Onsite Process Analyst specializing in Automation Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing key business processes for our clients. Here's what you'll be doing:Conducting comprehensive data analysis to pinpoint areas for process improvement.Collaborating closely with clients onsite in the Akron area to understand their specific needs and areas for enhancement.Performing on-site visits to assess existing processes and gather insights from stakeholders.Interviewing personnel across all levels of the organization to identify goals, KPIs, and improvement opportunities.Crafting innovative workflow and process strategies to enhance overall business performance.Developing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations outlining analytical designs and recommendations.Overseeing the implementation of revised processes and workflows, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.Continuously monitoring and testing automated workflows and advanced analytic reporting to optimize performance.Keeping abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Cultivating strong, trusted relationships with clients to foster satisfaction and loyalty.Providing valuable market feedback to inform organizational strategies and initiatives.What You'll Bring:To excel in this role, you'll need:A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a business process analyst or in a comparable role.Proficiency with workflow and process discovery software, including Nintex Promapp, UIPath Task Capture, UIPath Processing Mining, Lucid Chart, and Microsoft Power Automate.Experience with Microsoft Visio (2 years) and UIPath (1 year) is preferred.A track record of successfully delivering projects that yield measurable workflow improvements.Advanced knowledge of integrated business functions, workflows, and processes.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and interviewing capabilities.Experience in team and project management.Join Us:If you're passionate about leveraging automation to drive business transformation and thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment, we want to hear from you.
