Job Description
As a BI Analyst you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in data analytics and visualization tools to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements, designing and developing BI solutions, and implementing best practices for data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain robust BI solutions using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.Utilize Python and PySpark for data processing, transformation, and analysis tasks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Design and optimize data models and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Implement and manage data pipelines on AWS (Amazon Web Services) platform.Create dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses to support business decision-making.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of BI queries and data processing tasks.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BI, data analytics, and cloud technologies.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.Proficiency in Power BI for building interactive dashboards and reports.Strong programming skills in Python, including data manipulation and analysis.Experience with PySpark for big data processing and analytics.Solid understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS (Amazon Web Services).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present findings.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
