What you will do:ensure business outcomes are articulated and aligned to define the work that needs to be done to deliver the business outcomes and adapt this as neededdefine a system of work that is context-specific and deals intelligently with constraints and dependenciesguide, coach and motivate teams through the implementation of new ways of workingput dynamic planning, reporting and governance practices in place that ensure predictability and enable timely decision-makingprovide effective communication and feedback sessions with stakeholders at all levelsfoster understanding and mediate, and mend relationshipsinfluence revenue and margins by shaping solutions in areas like Digital Transformation, Learning Pathways, Portfolio Management, and Agile enablement.

This job might be for you if you:knowledge of SDLC and architectural principlespeople leadership qualitiesexperience working with multiple teams and hiring top talent for themstakeholder management experience, with the ability to build relationships and trust quicklyprevious experience in a similar role as a Delivery Manager or Project Managerexperience running and managing different size projectsaccountability for the ownership and management of deliveryclose cooperation with on and off-site teamsinternal reporting experiencefull business English proficiency
