Job Description

We're adding new people to our team in Knoxville, TN! Handles various department duties, tests, reports, troubleshooting, and repairs. Modifies electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems on customers’ products returned from the field. Based in our Knoxville, TN location, you will be part of our North America Team stems that handles various department administrative duties and tests, troubleshoots, repairs and modifies electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems on customers’ products returned from the field.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

Technician tasks

Test and calibrate AMS instrumentation to specifications using test procedures and schematics. Troubleshoot and repair semi complex instruments with minimal guidance and direction. Writes technical reports to describe product failure and repair resolution. Analyzes and interprets test data. Record test results per Quality requirements and ISO standards Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and safety guidelines Demonstrate consistent high proficiency and job performance level, along with the ability to perform with minimal errors. Demonstrate high degree of flexibility to perform any customer product repair task for which they are assigned.

For This Role, You Will Need

A.S. in electrical engineering or equivalent experience Knowledge of digital circuitry including microprocessors Knowledge of workmanship standards. Good soldering skills. Knowledge of oscilloscopes, voltmeters, signals generators, etc. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Experience in Microsoft Office applications, Word, and Excel
