📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Plant Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our construction materials production plant.
Responsibilities
Provide oversight and guidance to plant personnel, including operators, technicians, and maintenance staffEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsMonitor and analyze plant performance, including production, quality, and costCollaborate with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure plant successManage plant risks and implement mitigation strategiesDrive innovation and continuous improvement in plant operations and management practicesProvide leadership and mentorship to plant teamsOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field7+ years of experience in construction materials production or related industry, including 2+ years of management experienceDemonstrated track record of successful plant management and operational excellenceStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritiesKnowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
