PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBERS work on the cheese make side of the plant. Production flips cheese in Acidification, demolds cheese from forms, washes forms and maintains and rotates cheese through brine process, prepares cheese for aging. Set up and cleaning of equipment is done in accordance with company policy related to GMP’s and Safety. Required ability to continuously lift 50 pounds with assistance of team member.
