Full Time and parts coordinator for the PCC/Soap Line • Individual should be able to read the technical drawings and/or specifications and manuals, identify parts based on technical information, investigate and source alternative parts from North American suppliers where possible. • Major Aim is to convert all normal & non-proprietary parts/components to NA supplied vendor by doing the vendor scouting to source similar spec’ed parts or equivalent specs parts to remove dependency on Mazzoni vendor & shipping from Italy. • SAP integration & actual registration work à All parts should also need to be registered into the storeroom system by entering in all necessary part information into the parts registration form following the required formats and following up on the registration process until the parts are through the system. • Work directly with the storeroom to track parts and ensure that all parts are on track and flag for delivery for additional follow-up and review. • Ensure all Italian based Mazzoni parts are in stock, PIF’d and abled to be shipped to AMC. • When the parts are shipped from Mazzoni, related manuals, specs, documentations are also shipped but those gets missed during current process so expectation is to collect this documents to make proper repository for future reference as well. • Mazzoni proprietary components will be still coming from them only & no need to find any alternate but some help might be needed for critical spares which P&G will inform if needed in future.
