About The Position
We are seeking a full-time Regional HR Manager to join our Home Office team onsite in Pottsville, PA!
As a Regional HR Manager with Empire, you will be responsible for People Services Business Partnerships and Employee Relations for designated business regions or segments. Our Regional HR Managers are involved in a variety of cross-functional projects, including collaboratively working to ensure compliance with policies and regulations and having a direct hand in ensuring that Empire Education Group can effectively attract and retain talent.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in Human Resources or an MBA is preferred.An HR Certification such as PHR, SPHR, or GPHR is a bonus.3-5 Years of experience in Human Resources is required.HR experience in a multi-location organization is preferred.
