Sales Logistics Specialist

Starting salary is commensurate with the candidate’s experience and book of business.Commission (without cap) payable after candidate reaches and maintains specific quotas.This challenging but rewarding role requires a strong understanding of international logistic and the sales process.

Objectives of this Role:- Identify prospects, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual contact and sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.- Prepare professional and accurate presentations, quotes, and proposals.- Create and maintain comprehensive client SOPs and work closely with operations and customer service teams.

Skills & Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of international logistics, both import and export, air, and ocean.- 5+ years within the international transportation industry, 2+ years outside sales.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.- Ability to adapt and thrive in a position that requires self-motivation.- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM-Ability to travel Office territory which includes California, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington and international as needed.
