Service Manager

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the largest Freightliner/Western Star Heavy Truck Dealerships in the Southeast. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Service Director with strong customer communications skills, who is a self-starter and a quick learner to lead our service team in Brookhaven, MS.

Responsibilities:Assist customers with technical supportProvide accurate market information to ManagementWork closely with other members of our team to exceed customer expectationsDemonstrate the value of our Company to current and prospective customers

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and characteristics:Minimum 2-5 years’ experience both management and automotive and/or heavy truck service experienceRetail experience is essentialHighly Energetic, Motivated, Organized hard workerExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyStrong Ability to Motivate and Influence othersProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other web-based programsProfessionalism and follow through is a mustCollege graduate preferred; work experience will be considered in lieu of education
