Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (overtime as needed)

Job Description
Work with team to review and process grant applicants and paymentsAssist applicants with completing applications and submitting required documents; ensure applications are complete and processed in a timely mannerRefer applicants to services as appropriateCollect and compile data and complete reports as neededReceive and educate information of interest and importance to clientMaintain a high level of customer service ensuring that client’s needs are metUnderstand, follow and supports all safety policies and programsEnsure confidentiality of all client records
Position Requirements
Knowledge of small business operationsAbility to navigate a smart sheet databaseWorking knowledge of case management principles and processesGeneral understanding of community history, traditions and beliefsUnderstands and relates to diverse cultural backgrounds and various social and economic levelsExcellent written, verbal and listening interpersonal skills Cooperative team player and a desire to help othersOrganized, detail, and tasks orientedWorking knowledge of computer applications and use of standard office machines Basic typing skills and and data entryValid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle required
